The photo above shows an unfinished generation 3 gantry frame sitting on a generation 2 machine next to it's semi finished gantry in which you can see the significant difference in size of the two gantry's.
Capacity of the generation 3 machine by outside measurement is 6" - 32" wide and 7" - 40" tall x 40' long. Inside welding capacity is 9.25"- 17" wide and 17" - 32" wide x 40' long utilizing two interchangeable inside welding heads. Minimum inside welding height is 9". Overall size of this machine is approximately 10' wide x 13' tall x 65' long.
The gantry platform has the capacity to carry six barrels of welding wire and the machine can be equipped with up to ten mounted torches of which up to six can run simultaneously.
